We have been getting so many questions about which workshops to take, its so much information to take in, I just want to give you my brief recommendations based on your expressed interests. All of the workshops are four hours per day, and we recommend you bring clothes that are comfortable for moving in, a journal, water, and snacks as you need, like fruit or nuts. Take as many days in a row as you can for the richest experience.
Mari Osanai‘s training will focus on water-body exercises, a way to discover the body’s vital energies rooted in its inherent hydrodynamics. Paul Michael Henry is a radical punk activist from Glasglow, who themes include dealing with neglect of the body, destruction of the environment and atrophy of the soul in consumerist society. He performs, curates festivals, and organizes workshops with Master level teachers from around the globe. His workshops are focused on The Dreaming Body, and is open to all body types and needs.
